Our infrastructure partnership with Starknet leaps forward with the launch of the Starknet NFT API, now available within the Blast Builder APIs. This development enables Starknet builders to launch, verify, analyze, or display NFTs easily, and quickly with Blast.

However, it is time-consuming and labor-intensive to source and sort out data from individual NFT smart contracts. Blast NFT API can transform how Starknet builders interact with NFTs, from streamlining NFT drops and analytics to enabling seamless wallet integrations or the creation and management of marketplaces. It simplifies complex blockchain operations, offers comprehensive on-chain data access, and facilitates token gating for exclusive Web3 content, empowering a new era of digital asset interaction. 

Introducing the NFT API for Starknet

The NFT API is available in Blast through the Builder API protocol. It provides NFT users and developers with easy access to indexed and aggregated historical data on top of premium RPC endpoints.

Unlike standard APIs, the NFT APIs leverage big data technology along with innovative proprietary cloud infrastructure to give access to a new age of blockchain data availability for Web3 builders. By structuring data and offering sophisticated data modeling capabilities, NFT APIs assist developers in effortlessly querying vast amounts of historical blockchain data.

The Blast NFT APIs can query NFT data related to assets, tokens, metadata, ownership, activity, and events found across different platforms, to simplify the NFT app development process. It also helps builders manage their NFT projects by providing them with the resources to:

• fetch comprehensive data for any NFT project
• access real-time data about all NFTs within a collection, including traits, current owner, and transfer history 
• verify ownership to ensure accuracy and to prevent unauthorized access
• discover any NFT easily and retrieve transfer history and key collection information without the need to navigate through individual smart contracts.

How to Access the Starknet NFT API on Blast

• Go to blastapi.io
• Click Launch and select the Consumer App
• Connect with your MetaMask, Wallet Connect, or your email
• Create a new project or use one of your existing projects 
• Select the Starknet Blockchain network and you’ll find two tabs: Core API and Builder API. Click on the Builder API tab.
• You’ll discover several API categories available: Block, Transaction API, Message, Event, Token API, Wallet API, and NFT API. Choose NFT API, select your desired API method, set query parameters, and give it a try directly in the available integrated Sandbox.
