Developers, get ready to elevate your blockchain projects with the integration of Mode Network in Blast! As a Layer 2 rollup, Mode Network is adding value to the blockchain space by fostering cooperative and collaborative experiences. It’s not just about building; it’s about growing together. Mode incentivizes users, developers and protocols. This approach is a game-changer in how we think about blockchain ecosystems.

Why Choose Mode Network?

CO-OP Mode: The incentive mechanism and the ecosystem growth approach are built to be driven by on-chain cooperation. The referral revenue model rewards all builders, users, or protocols contributing to the growth of the Mode community. Moreover, the Sequencer Fee Sharing ensures that Mode dApp builders receive a share of network sequencer fees that come from their smart contract.

Open Source and Low Fees: Mode is powered by the OP Stack, allowing builders to benefit from a collaborative, open-source approach. By using Optimism’s Bedrock upgrade the network ensures significantly lower fees for builders.

Ethereum Equivalency: Mode’s blockchain scaling solutions allows builders to quickly deploy dApps on Ethereum, making blockchain development more accessible and efficient.

Mode Network: A Collaborative Blockchain Environment

At its heart, Mode is an Ethereum Layer 2 solution, designed with collaboration in mind. Its approach of integrating contract revenue-sharing directly into its protocol sets it apart. The Sequencer Fee Sharing feature is particularly notable. It allows developers to register their contracts and earn a share of the sequencer’s revenue based on their smart contracts’ transaction fees. This approach creates an ecosystem where everyone benefits.

Leverage Mode Network with Blast’s Public and Dedicated APIs

Within Blast, developers can get access to both Mode Mainnet and to the test environment – Mode Sepolia Testnet. Blast offers builders helpful tools to level up their blockchain development on Mode.

  • Core API: custom APIs that deliver optimized throughput and reduced latency for transactions on Mode, alongside real-time data, transaction history, and network status.
  • Debug API: access to RPC methods for inspecting and debugging, while being able to set specific flags during runtime.
  • Archive Nodes: access to historical transaction information on the Mode blockchain, from the genesis block to the current one.

How to obtain dedicated Mode APIs in Blast

  • Go to blastapi.io
  • Launch and select the Consumer App
  • Connect with your MetaMask, Wallet Connect, or your email
  • Create a new project or use one of your existing ones
  • Inside the project space, select the Mode Network card and click Activate to generate your dedicated endpoints
  • Mode Network APIs, both Mainnet and Testnet have been activated
  • You are good to go! Happy building!

Blast also offers Mode Network public RPC endpoints, which can be found here: https://blastapi.io/public-api/mode

Start building on Mode Network with Blast and be a part of this exciting journey in blockchain development! 🚀
